Galveston Historical Foundation is mobilized for the full recovery of its historic properties, and to provide assistance to residents of our historic districts in the remediation of their historic homes. It will take a long time to recover from Hurricane Ike, and it will require a lot of volunteer help, technical and otherwise.

At this early point, however, the best way to help GHF is by donating money. Online donations will be immediately available in the foundation's account, ready to pay for tools, supplies, safety equipment, to contract critical stabilization work, and to make up for the loss of operating income from admission to our historic attractions.
