Kempner Park/Bungalow Walking Tour, Saturday, February 13

Kempner Park is home to a wide variety of architectural styles. One of the most commonly seen is the craftsman bungalow. This walking tour will highlight the arts and crafts style and give participants insight into the features that make bungalows one of the most functional, understated and underappreciated forms of housing stock in Galveston. Jhonny Langer, a local expert in paint analysis and restoration and replication of historical decorative finishes and materials will lead the tour.
